I was thinking about a friend’s logo and how it needed improving from a marketing and identity standpoint and over the years, as I studied advertising, I see the value of time line planning, looking to where you want to be in the market and working backwards.

There is some complex thinking, to the end and back to now and so forth.

This is like financial planning – where you want to be and planning well enough for tomorrow. There is a cost of not doing this planning.

Also, it is about making the most of our finances, saving and investing for our end points and moving towards them incrementally, slowly.
